Solution to Chess Problem Number 10
The idea of this problem is to blockade the black pawns so that Kxh5 is forced when white can execute a pin-mate (via a pin on the g4 pawn) from a switch back of the white rook (the later moving from h3 to g3 and then back to h3).
1. Be2 g4
2. Rg3 Kxh5
3. Rh3 mate.
