These chess problems and studies are not in any particular order of date published, themes or difficulty in solving. I have merely presented some compositions of my own which I hope readers will find interesting and which will lead to a deeper interest in problem solving and composing. Apart from the inherent beauty and creativity connected with composing and solving chess problem involvement in this field can actually help over the board players in the sense of improving vision and understanding of the interaction of chess pieces.

The problems cover a wide range of themes each of which is described in detail including the technical terms used. The problems also range from simple early efforts up to more complex examples published in The Problemist inclusive of a prize winner in an International Problem Composing Competition.

Recommended chess problem books.
